There is a Jingle Elf Run at 6:30 where people run 5 miles in costumes such as Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus, and elves. " The Christmas Parade is one of the top ten experiences to see Santa Claus.", states the West Chester website. Many marching bands played in the parade including are own East High School, Garnet Valley High School, Henderson High School, and Downingtown High School. This year was West Chester's 38th annual parade so if you missed this year's, well then you could see next year.
